these companies merged to create Beacon Mortgage Packaging Limited,
a single company which continues to provide an invaluable, professional mortgage
packaging service to mortgage intermediaries.
Working only in the Business to Business market, Beacon Mortgage Packaging has access
to many ‘High Street’ and specialist lenders and provides solutions
to brokers whose clients require a mortgage to purchase a property, re-mortgage
or a buy-to-let mortgage.
Mortgage packagers play a pivotal role in the mortgage application process by ‘packaging’
up a mortgage application, ready for submission to one of their panel lenders.
Beacon Homeloans Limited is a centralised mortgage lender that
currently originates loans in the specialist prime mortgage market. Created in 2005,
it has originated over £1.7bn of mortgages exclusively through mortgage packagers
in England, Scotland and Wales.
